CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS IS IN FULL SWING!

Major works being done include (but are not limited to) the following scopes:

• • External activities (including exterior masonry, external painting, granite treatment of the facade)
• • Interior masonry
• • Door jambs
• • Electrical and auxiliary
• • Waterproofing, curtain wall system
• • Drywall partitioning
• • T&B ceiling, floor and wall tiling
• • Elevator activation
• • Installation of kitchen cabinets
• • and the Ground Floor Lobby.

Aside from the Main Entrance at the Ground Floor, construction progress of our Lounge Area is also fast moving, now almost complete.

The Lounge Area already installed with lights, and floor tiles are smoothly done.

Moreover, kitchen cabinets were already installed at the units, plus the wall and ceiling were already painted with its first top coat paint. Floor porcelain tiles have been completed.

Kitchen cabinets were neatly installed.

As of this date, the percentage of construction accomplishment has reached to almost 96%, which is still in parallel with its construction schedule. With this on-going development, expected turn-over of units is ON OR BEFORE December 2011.
