COMPANY HISTORY

St. Francis Square Group of companies started with the development of middle income real estate projects in 1980. Since then, SFS Froup of Companies started investing in prime Makati properties in Dasmarinas, Bel-Air, Magallanes and San Lorenzo Villages.
Completed Projects:

• 1. Asian Mansion II – 28-storey residential/condominium developed in a997 located along Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City;
• 2. Tifanny Mansion – 21-storey residential/commercial condominium along Eisenhower Street, in Greenhills, San Juan, developed in 1993;
• 3. Prince Plaza II – 24-storey residential/commercial condominium located besides the equally impressive Price Plaza I at the corner of Dela Rosa and Legaspi Street, just across Greenbelt 5; developed in 1995;
• 4. The Malayan Plaza - 36-storey office/residential condominium along ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City;
• 5. The Garden Heights – 23-storey commercial/residential complex along E. Rodriguez Sr. Blvd., Brgy. Damayang Lagi, Quezon City;
• 6. BSA Twin Towers – 56-Storey commercial/residential condominium along Bank Drive Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong;
• 7. BSA Mansion – 23-storey residential/commercial condominium along Street, in Legaspi Village, Makati, developed in 1996;
• 8. BSA Tower – 37-storey residential/commercial condominium developed in 1998 located along Legaspi Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City, right across the most modern Greenbelt 5;
• 9. Prince Plaza I – 12-storey residential/commercial condominium along Dela Rosa Street, in Legaspi Village, Makati, developed in 1989;
• 10. BSA Suites – 31-storey residential/commercial condominium developed in 199x located along C. Palanca Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City;
• 11. Prince Tower – 14-storey residential/commercial condominium along Tordesillas Street, in Salcedo village, Makati; redesigned in 1987;
• 12. Perla Mansion – 21-storey residential/commercial condominium along C. Palanca Street in Makati, developed in 1993;
• 13. Asain Mansion I – 12-storey storey residential/commercial condominium along Dela Rosa Street, in Legaspi Village, Makati developed in 1990;
• 14. Princeville Condominium – 12-storey storey residential/commercial condominium developed in 1993 along S. laurel Street in Mandaluyong;
• 15. Caliraya Re-Creation Center and Resort – a Christian Resort developed in 1993. Today, it is one of the most sought after resort as it continues to improve its facilities by adding more fun and excitement; located at Brgy. Lewin, Lumban, Laguna;
• 16. BSA Townhomes I – 3-storey Townhouse located along Jorge Bargas Street, in Mandaluyong City, developed in 1995;
• 17. Makati Hope Christian School – 2-storey with 3rd and 4th floor annexes located along Pasong Tamo Extension, in Makati, its objective is to instill Christian Values among the youth;
